ListingPro ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information and email from Google. When you use the app, we collect the property photos you capture or upload, along with related listing details you enter (such as property address, city, and property type).
We use your information to provide the app's core features: creating your account, storing your listings and photos, enhancing your photos, and processing purchases. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
We rely on a few trusted services to operate the app: Supabase, which stores your account information, listings, and photos; Autoenhance.ai, which processes your photos to produce enhanced versions; Google, if you choose to sign in with Google; and Apple, which processes in-app purchases. Your photos are transmitted to Autoenhance.ai solely for enhancement. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We retain your account information and photos for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
ListingPro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
